To achieve this layout you will need (in addition to the 20’ x 40’ Marquee Tent) six 5-foot round tables, three 6-foot rectangular tables, one 9’ x 12’ dance floor & 60 folding chairs. Don’t forget about easily accessible trash cans, any other small necessary tables & optional tent lighting.
*This layout is a tight fit.

Size: The tent has a footprint of 20 feet by 40 feet, resulting in a total area of 800 square feet. This size makes it suitable for medium-sized gatherings.
High Peak Marquee Design: The "Marquee" refers to the elevated, peaked roof design that adds a touch of elegance to the tent. The high peak not only serves a functional purpose by allowing rainwater to run off efficiently but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the structure.
Frame Structure: Unlike traditional pole tents, Marquee Tents use a frame structure that eliminates the need for center poles inside the tent. This provides more unobstructed space for seating arrangements and activities.

We use two of our 20x20’s to create a 20x40. Multiple 20x20 High Peak Frame Tents can also be connected in 20x20 sections using our special rain gutters to create a solid canopy with multiple peaks.
